The project is being delivered in multiple phases, with Phase 1 currently under construction, consisting of four buildings.

Designed with sustainability at its core, the project utilizes the TIPS structural system and eco-slab technology, aiming to significantly reduce its carbon footprint. Extensive coordination has been required across multiple trades and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of sustainable strategies and efficient construction.

A signature architectural element of the project is the light tower at the main entrance of each building, featuring three distinct color schemes. These towers are illuminated at night, giving each structure a unique identity and setting the development apart from conventional warehouse complexes.
