Ontario Ranch Business Park – Phase 1
Located just north of Chino Airport, Ontario Ranch Business Park (ORBP) Phase 1 is a premier industrial development within the rapidly growing Ontario Ranch submarket. Phase 1 features a 1.1 million square foot build-to-suit distribution facility for Home Depot, establishing a major logistics hub in the Inland Empire West. As one of the first major projects in the Ontario Ranch Belt, ORBP sets the foundation for future industrial growth in the region.
Future phases of the project will continue to expand ORBP’s impact, with Phase 2 planned to deliver an additional 1.2 million square foot Class A industrial building, further enhancing the area’s role as a key distribution corridor in Southern California.
