Project Description
Located in Hayward, CA, this master-planned industrial park spans 337,095 square feet across three buildings. HPA provided architectural design services throughout the project’s entire lifecycle, from master planning and entitlements to construction documents and construction administration. The site also includes a fourth building, 278,500 sf data center, HPA was responsible for the entitlement design. The shell construction of the industrial buildings is complete, and all buildings have been leased.
