Project Description

This master-planned industrial development, located just south of 7th Standard Road in Bakersfield, California, occupies a highly strategic and accessible site with immediate proximity to major rail corridors and freeway infrastructure. Encompassing over 28 million square feet of state-of-the-art industrial space, the project is thoughtfully organized into multiple development phases to accommodate large-scale logistics, warehousing, and distribution needs. It comprises 18 buildings ranging in size from approximately 100,000 to 2.7 million square feet, offering a diverse mix of large-format facilities, cross-dock buildings, and transloading configurations.

The site currently features a 54-acre rail yard, with additional rail service buildings available upon request. Supporting infrastructure includes an integrated internal circulation system and dedicated stormwater basins. A planned 20-acre retail component will provide key amenities for employees and the surrounding community.

Designed by HPA, Inc. and marketed by Newmark, the development is optimized for efficient truck circulation, ample trailer parking, and future intermodal capabilities — establishing it as a premier industrial hub within California’s Central Valley.
